Oh Good, You're Here
I was wondering when you'd show up.
Let me guess: You're the woman who looks like she has it all together. Great job (when looking in from the outside). Great resume (that hasn't been updated for at least 3 years. Probably closer to 5). People assume you're thriving (and we know what assuming makes you).
But you're here, on a career coach's website, at whatever time it is, because something's off. You know it and I know it (ok. I don't yet because we haven't talked but roll with it, lady!) and you're FINALLY ready to do something about it.
Good. Let's get into it.
So What's Actually Going On?
You're tired. Not sleepy tired (though probably that too).
Bone tired. Soul tired.
You've been running on fumes and telling everyone you're fine.
You're not fine.
And when you try to talk about it, people hit you with the greatest hits:
"Be grateful you have a job."
"Everyone's stressed."
"Have you tried meditation?"
(If one more person suggests meditation, I swear...)
What You Actually Want
You're not trying to burn it all down and move to a yurt in the great unknown. (Unless you are. No judgment. Yurts seem cozy.)
Here's What I Do
I help women who want to make a career transition figure out what exactly is wrong, how to fix it, and what they want to do next.
Here's the thing though: sometimes "what's next" is a whole new career. Sometimes it's the same career at a different company that doesn't make you want to scream. Sometimes it's staying where you are but with actual boundaries. (Revolutionary concept, I know.)
We figure out what's true for YOU.
NOT what worked for your sister-in-law.
NOT what some guy on LinkedIn said.
YOU.
How I'm Different
(Since You're Probably Wondering)
I don't have a framework. I don't have a proprietary 7-step system. I'm not going to make you take a quiz and tell you you're a "Golden Retriever" or whatever.
What I do have:
Four career pivots under my belt. I've been the woman in the wrong job, the toxic environment, the "this looks great on paper but I'm dying inside" situation. Multiple times. I figured it out. Now I help other women do the same.
Zero tolerance for BS. Yours or mine. I ask hard questions. I push when you're avoiding. I see through the stories you've been telling yourself. (Usually within the first 10 minutes. It's a gift.)
A sense of humor. Because if we can't laugh about the absurdity of life, what are we even doing?
Actual results. My clients get unstuck. They make moves. They stop fretting and start doing. Some leave. Some stay. All of them end up in a better place than where they started.
This Is For You If:
✓ You're smart, capable, and so done pretending everything is fine
✓ You want someone who'll be honest, not just nice
✓ You're ready to do real work, not just vent (venting is for friends and therapists)
✓ You have a sense of humor (this is non-negotiable, sorry not sorry)
This Is NOT For You If:
✗ You want someone to just tell you what to do (I'm a coach, not a magic 8 ball)
✗ You need constant reassurance without being challenged
✗ You're looking for a quick fix (doesn't exist, sorry)
✗ You take yourself extremely seriously at all times (we will not vibe)
What Clients Say
Ready?
Look. You've been thinking about this for a while. Reading articles. Listening to podcasts. Telling yourself you'll figure it out eventually.
How's that working out?
(That's not shade. That's a real question.)
If you're ready to stop overthinking and start actually doing something, let's talk.
No pressure. No weird sales tactics. Just a conversation to see if we're a fit.
